As a young girl my father was stationed in Madrid where we lived for 4 years before returning to the US.
Growing up we recounted stories about traveling in Europe, learning a new language, and the wonder that it inspired.
I went onto to get a degree in communications at the University of Georgia.
As my graduation gift, my parents gave me a roundtrip ticket to Europe. I left with just a small backpack and a Let’s Go Guide in hand.
Each day was an adventure. I was surrounded by the unknown; new cultures and people to meet, historical sites to discover, transformational great works of art, and exotic flavors.
It was then and there that my passion for travel was ignited. Soon following I began my 32+ year travel career by arranging International Golf vacations and moved onto specializing in Luxury Travel.
I live in Atlanta with my husband and 17 year old son who share in my love of travel.
Some of my most memorable travel experiences have included spotting my first leopard on Safari in Kenya, sipping warm brandy at the base of the iconic Mirador Las Torres in Patagonia Chile after a long hike, daily siestas while rafting the Colorado in the Grand Canyon, and my first spoonful of Langoustines in buttery citrus broth at Epicure at the Le Bristol hotel in Paris.
